WASP-1 b
WASP-1 b – egzoplaneta, skriejanti apie F spektrinės klasės žvaigždę WASP-1. Nuo Saulės sistemos nutolusi 1296 šviesmečius.[1] WASP-1 b yra vienintelė WASP-1 sistemoje atrasta planeta.[2]
WASP-1 b yra karštojo Jupiterio tipo dujinė milžinė.[3] Jos masė siekia 0,854 Jupiterio masės, o spindulys – 1,483 Jupiterio spindulio. Apie savo žvaigždę planeta apskrieja per 2,5 paros, jos orbitos spindulys – 0,03889 av. Planetos pusiausvyros temperatūra – 1644 K.[1] WASP-1 b masė nustatyta radialinių greičių metodu.[2]
WASP-1 b atrasta 2006 m., taikant tranzitų metodą.[4][5] WASP-1 b ir WASP-2 b yra pirmosios „SuperWASP“ (angl. Super Wide Angle Search for Planets) projekto atrastos egzoplanetos.[3]
