:: In absence of others who are interested, I cannot deny my interest in attending this event. At Wikimania, several Wikimedians pointed to the fact that offline collaboration in Lithuania and within the Lithuanian language community does barely exist. As a Lithuanian grown up in Germany (and intent to return to Lithuania next year), I am highly interested in improving the situation and think the CEE conference might be especially useful as a start. Also, I would be very happy if establishing a user group could succeed by the end of this year. However, I recognise that due to my absence of substantial edits to the Lithuanian language Wikipedia, I do not represent the Lithuanian language Wikipedia community very well.
