I do not know the language sufficiently to correct the article, but it is quite terrible, I am afraid. Daugirdas is a frequent Lithuanian pre-Christian name, and several distinct families, descending from bojars of this name, adopted it as a surname. There is no known relation between Daugirdai of Pomian (Jaučio galva) coat-of-arms, who descend from Jonas Daugirdas (see the works of W.Semkowicz), and Daugirdai of Łabędź (Gulbė) coat-of-arms, who descend from Daugirdas Rodaitis (see the works of J.Glinka).
