'''Good Charlotte''' – [[JAV]] muzikos grupė grojanti „pop punk“ stiliaus muzika. Ją sudaro penki nariai: identiški dvyniai, kurie ir sukūrė grupę Joel Rueben Madden(vokalas ir gitara)ir Benji Levi Madden (gitara ir pritariamasis vokalas, Billy Dean Martin (gitara, klavišiniai), Paul Anthony Thomas (bosinė gitara) ir Dean "Deano" Butterworth (būgnai). Grupė susikūrė Merilendo mieste, Valdorfo valstijoje [[1996]]-aisiais metais. Grupė pasivadino vaikiškos knygos "Good Charlotte: The Girls of Good Day Orphanage" (autorė - Carol Beach York)vardu.
