I am sorry that I don't speak Lithuanian, but I should say that the language of Opća enciklopedija was Serbo-Croatian (or Croatian, since main authors were from Zagreb), not Slovene. If I am not mistaken, the article not only uses Slovene translation of the title, but also categorizes the encyclopedia under "Slovene encyclopedias".
