No, that is not the problem, that's searching for a reason to get this article deleted. Some admins like above MoiraMoira are strongly against self publication, which is regarding the rules 'allowed'. So the admin is wrong in its opinion on that aspect and the narrow minded vision of similar admins is the problem of wikipedia (the decrease of participants on the project due to this type of bullying), not Lolox76.
