The current progress is 48%, and VE will reach lt.wikipedia in less than a week ([[Vikipedija:Forumas#Reminder:_VisualEditor_is_coming_to_this_wiki_on_2014-01-13|Jan 13th]], as per my reminder at the local Village Pump).
